XML menu not available?

  Trying to do some first time map debugging and have a problem. I do not seem to have the XML menu available to me to select the ‘Debug XSLT’ option. I have biztalk 2006 and VS 2005. can someone straighten me out as far as configuration or install option… where do I get this?

  In VS 2005, go to your menu bar and click on View -> Toolbars and make sure that the XML Editor option is checked, then you can see that the XML toolbar shows up with the Debug XSLT icon…

    OK, yeah that made the options show up which works just as well… however, when trying to debug this map I have validated the map, brought up the XSLT and set my breakpoint. But when I look at the menu bar, the debug XSLT option is greyed out… any idea what I am doing wrong here?
