Read flat file from http location

Hello

How can i read a flat file from a http location:
I want to read this file once every day (exchange rates from Norges Bank):
 http://www.norges-bank.no/WebDAV/stat/no/valutakurser/valuta_dag.sdv

It would be nice to just use the FILE adapter with the http-address, but it doesn’t work.
I guess I have to use the HTTP adapter for this?
(I’m not quite sure how to set up HTTP adapter…)
