Not able read the get the credetials from SSO Affiliated Application

I have created a individual SSO affliated application and trying to use to send a message to FTP but I am getting following a warning message

The adapter failed to transmit message going to send port “SendPort_FTP” with URL “ftp://ftp.inter.com:21/%MessageID%.xml”. It will be retransmitted after the retry interval specified for this Send Port. Details:”A failure occurred when retrieving the SSO ticket. “.

I have also tried using the same credentials in receive port . it is working fine but for send port biztalk is giving above error message?

Please advice, if you encounter the same error?
