How if I need to run a SQL statement to compose a message?

Here’s my scenario: We need to publish a Web Service and open it to our guests. They consume it, do simple queries(the data source is a SQL Server), and retrieve data.

Now I’m new to Biztalk, tried out some experiments on Biztalk piplines, orchestrations, and etc.. But I don’t know how to achieve this, can anybody help me?

To learn Biztalk, I have read this book “Foundations of BizTalk Server 2006” by Apress, there’s another book by Apress, named “Pro Biztalk 2006”, but the latter one is difficult to me. Is there any other good source to learn Biztalk?
