Hi All,
I try to create the new Receive Location in Biztalk Explorer. I filled up Transport Type as File, File Path, Receive Handler, Receive Pipeline. ,When I say APPLY, I am geeting error as below.
Could not store Transport Type data for Receive Location ‘REC1’ to configure store. Primary SSO Server ‘KNAIK1’ failed. Could not contact the SSO Server ‘KNAIK1’. Check that SSO is configured and the SSO Service is running on that server.
I added my name to the SSO Administrators group and SSO Affiliate Administrators. I checked in the Microsoft Enterprise Single Sign On–> SSO Administration. It also gives the same error message.
Can you please help to overcome this error.
Thanks

Kiran,
Check the system date. This is caused due to the change in system date as not current date.

Also, as the error message suggests, make sure that the “Enterprise Single Sign-On Service” windows service is running on server KNAIK1.

in my case, Enterprise Single Sing on service was not running as i recently changed my system password. I changed the service Logon password and started the service. the issue resolved now.

Hi Kiran,
I got rid of this error today only.In my case, this error occurred because I was not added in Local Users and Groups under server manager.
Go to My computer->right click->manage->server manager->go to configuration->Local users and groups->add your id in BizTalk server administration,SSO administrators and SSO affiliated administrators.
Then go to SSO administration, and refresh enterprise single sign-on.
This solved my error.[:)]
Regards,
Kalpana.
