Flat File Debatch Problem

Hi All,

I have a flat file which is the following format

982613976454665465464645646           999.99P02/10/2008
982613981478987198768618687          999.99P02/10/2008
982613970215106419751064197             0.01P02/10/2008

Total Amount updated            :          93535.25
Total Transactions updated onto System:               200

I am having difficulty with the footer. Could anyone point me in the right direction in creating a schema for the footer.
