A suspended message gets terminated automatically

Hi All,

We have one interface in production, which gets some problems occasionaly. The user reports that file has been picked up by BizTalk but he cant see anything in the SAP(destination side) When i queried in HAT, i found the message was in the started mode and the error message indicates that it was an incorrect data message. However I can’t see any suspended message in admin console. Also I tried to process the same file in staging environment and it is working fine. Can anyone had this problem before or can shed some light on this?
