        Hello,

        I’m having troubles with some Messaging Instances:

        -Some of those instances are active, and i can’t suspend them. The instances started over a day ago. (Over send ports)

        -Other instances are on the idle state. But can be suspended. (Over receive ports)

         

        There aren’t errors on Event Log, nothing about retrying, nothing on debug trace.

         

        I can’t find any documentation about it.

         

        May anyone, tell me how to debug those issues? something… anything…

           What happens if you bounce the host running the receive/send ports?

              I have already try it, but nothing happens.

              Also try to fix it, by restarting the hosts.

              I think that the instances are staying in that state, but they are completed.
              A found out many people on forums reporting similar symptoms.
              Maybe the pipeline components have some error that is not reported…
              Do you have more ideas?

              If you suspend/terminate they, does the pending action (for those instances) change to either suspended/terminating? What happens when they have a pending action and the Host is restarted?

                  Thanks for the reply.

                  I can’t suspend the active instances, but the idle instances are currently suspended.
