Strong Name in .Net

Does anybody has applications/add-ins that can be used to create Strong names inside Visual Studio.Net, so that it's not needed to go to command prompt, to create  a strong name. When we are working with Biztalk we need to create a lot of strong names. So, developing this utility can speed up our development time.

The GUI should contain a tree like structure for the file system, allowing the user to choose the folder from the tree structure. A textbox should be there to get the filename of the strong name to be created. After clicking on Generate, the strong name should be generated in the specified folder.

I have tried with this scenario, but the sn.exe utility only works inside the Visual Studio.Net command prompt, as this file is not listed in the framework folders.
