Dynamic schemas

Hi Everybody

can we have a dynamic schema in maps.let me explain the scenario.

i need to create a dynamic schema based on the user selection.once the schema is created we need to map that schema in to fixed format.

for example,

user has given  options to select the attributes of a product ,based on that selection we need to create the schema and a map.so that he'll send the files in that format. but the next day he can change the attributes. so for that we have to have a dynamic schema so that can be used in a map.

Will this is possible or not .can anyone help me to finish the task.
