Tracking promoted properties in HAT problem

        Hi!

        I want to track invoice ID's.

        I have promoted this property in my schemas and I'm trying to track in HAT: (I've also enabled tracking on the ports and schemas)

        1-I'm starting HAT

        2- I click on "reporting" – "find message"

        3- on the schema button

        And to my surprise my invoices schemas are not there, not even the quick promotion schema is availeble…

        Any idea why my deployed schemas aren't displayed?

          You might want to double check to make sure you have the item promoted using a property schema and not a distinguished field. 

           

          If so, maybe try redeploying and restarting the host.
