I will be working on a conversion project, where the opportunity to get involved in some BizTalk development work is high. I haven't done any work in this area before, and my background is really as a SQL DBA. I really want to head down the BizTalk path, and was hoping that someone could advise me on the most practical and efficient approach to becoming a "BizTalk guru". This could be considered a career change, but from speaking to others involved in the project, it would be a worthwhile move. Suggestions on VB.Net classes as well as BizTalk classes would be very helpful. I'm currently working as a consultant in NYC, but live in Charlotte, NC. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
