Cannot Promote field

        When I go show promotions… I click on the property tab and then I click on the folder picture to load the property schema. When I click on the folder picture everything disapear… and I cant promote.

        Some time it works fine and some time it wont. How can I fix this.

          You are probably trying to promote a field that is not supported – like a repeating element.  Those types of items you need to promote inside a custom pipeline component.
