Hi guys,
I'm completely a newbie in BizTalk and I am suffering with it. I need to generate a EDI 850 with ISA02 = 850BK3060. Also I need to define uri of receiver dynamically based on products I order in EDI 850. I tried to treat EDI as text file (after submitted to EDI sender port) so that I can control ISA header but the plan was failed since PO1 can be a loop. I have been surfing internet and bookstore just for books and resource about BizTalk 2004 and EDI. Yet all I can find in bookstore is Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 Unleased, 2 Cds of training video from BizTalk-Training and this website from internet. Yet I'm still in the darkness.. Please give me some hint. Please also suggest me if you know any other books for BizTalk 2004 and EDI. Thanks alot guys.

Unfortunately BizTalk AND EDI are monsterous topics to which there's no quick fix for. I've been doing EDI solutions for 5+ years and its not the easiest thing to just pick and run with. I would say just try to treat the EDI as a large complex flat file but you must understand how the EDI services work. For that I recommend looking at the documentation or documentation that comes with the HIPAA accelerators. Good luck.
