When using the import schema wizard for flat files I have been unable to determine how to indicate the existance of a \”\” field. For example I may have data that is as follows…

      Dave, 3451, USA, \”Omaha, Ne\”, 5551234
      Bob, 4451, USA, \”Tampa, Fl\”, 5556789

How do I tell it that the , is the delimeter but that you ignore ones contained in \”\”s?

      Thanks,
      David

      David,

You do this by using the Wrap Character property.

I cover this in my BizTalk FF tutorial which actually covers writing schemas for CVS files:

      (see towards the end)
