Note: This is based on .Net and Workflow 4.0 pre-Beta code.
Microsoft's Workflow 4.0 is a major upgrade to the user experience for developing workflows using the designer inside Visual Studios. This new designer is inside Visual Studios 10 and lowers the bar for developers to do useful tasks in a controlled and consistent manner.
This video takes a quick look at the new designer experience. Using the Sequential Console Application workflow, a simple application is created to communicate with an existing WCF Service. This demonstrates the new interface for Workflow and WCF interactions.

This example is very good. But with visual Studio 2010 beta2 i am unable to create this example .
Since i sequential workflow console application option is not available under new->project->workflow in VS2010(Framework 4).
Even the activities console.readline, clientOperation activity all re not found in toolbox.
This was based on WF 4 Pre-Alpha. So things will not be the same in Beta 2. I hope to post an updated video at some point.
What about WF 4.0 RTM for VS 2010 RC.
Any suggestions ...
