we are unable to create the send port configuration with new IP 10.200.38.94.

As unable to power on the
Netscaler load balancer devices we have introduced F5 internal Load balancer
with IP (new LB IP XXXXXX.94 ) change of the hosted applications along with
firewall changes in order to fix the Citrix and application issues. After
firewall changes we have fixed the Citrix issue but we are facing the
difficulty in fixing the K2 issue.

      With respect to the XXXXXX.47
old load balancer IP is being used by K2 and Biztalk 2006 in application. As
the old load balancer IP (XXXXXX.47 ) is not in use now we have tried to
reconfigure the K2 and Biztalk applications with new load balancer IP
(1XXXXXX.94) in OSS. But we understood that, the old LB IP (XXXXXX.47 )
has configured in K2 and Biztalk during the development phase of OSS earlier
and the same inbuilt hard coded while installing the both K2, Biztalk tools.

      Since two days we are
continuously working and we tried lot to configure the new LB (XXXXXX.94) in
K2 and Biztalk. Though we have recreated the new service for on Biztalk it was
not successful and we are getting the following error message when Biztalk is
reading the customer/supplier mails from mail box.

      Exception :

The Messaging engine failed to process a message submitted by adapter:POP3 Source URL:POP3://webmail.thameswater.co.uk#sm-OnlineCustomers. Details:The published message could not be routed because no subscribers were found. This error occurs if the subscribing orchestration or send port has not been enlisted, or if some of the message properties necessary for subscription evaluation have not been promoted. Please use the Biztalk Administration console to troubleshoot this failure.
