 All candidates must have  strong Architect/Sr. Developer background with strong BizTalk experience. (doesn't have to be a lead architect, but they have to own the Biztalk solution for our system and be able to really use and troubleshoot Biztalk orchestrations, error handling, etc.)
Candidate must possess a minimum 5-7 years of .Net software development (including Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server).  Includes extensive ASP.Net experience, SQL Server development, web services development

·         Deep knowledge of C# programming language and .Net programming environment

·         Extensive experience with developing and deploying web-based applications in a distributed architecture

·         Experience with design and development of Service Oriented Architectures.   Includes experience with web services, SOAP, WCF

·         Deep knowledge of object-oriented and event driven programming

·      Experience with .Net 3.5 a plus

·         Candidates must be detail-oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Solid knowledge and experience of full SDLC.  Must be able to work on all aspects of development lifecycle (requirements, design, construction, testing, etc)

·         Experience with Agile project methodologies a plus

·         Experience with Test-Driven Development tools such as NUnit a plus

·         Strong BizTalk skills

Technical Environment: .NET 3.5, K2 Workflow, BizTalk, SharePoint, Coveo Search, and TFS.
