I'm working on a project an we have a urgent need for an Biztalk developer who is able to develop us a functional mockup for a existing WSDL, statemachine and plausi specification.

The WSDL is just simple. Add, update and delete a tuple of data, simple check if data already exists on add, simple check if key is not there on update or delete.

Statemachine with the allowed transistions on which state is available. The states are: inActivation without assignment, inActivation with assignment, active without assignment, active with assignment, suspended without assignment, suspended with assignment, not-existing/deleted. If a call with a not allowed transistion comes just return illegalStateTransision.

Best would be a fix-price offer, t&m is also possible but more difficult to purchase and it is not necessary to work in Düsseldorf (but possible).

Of course an Non-Disclosure aggreement is necessary.
