Berean Group is Seeking Casino Systems Support Engineer

Location: Miami, FL

Duration: 5+months

Job Type: Contract

 

Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only

 

Scope of work

  • Production support of shipboard Casino systems (Galaxis, Oasis, Arcade systems included)
  • Will be assigned as resource for shipboard projects (upgrades, NewBuilds, enhancements)
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing
  • Test and certify version updates received from system vendor
  • Production support for other shipboard systems/applications
  • Ongoing maintenance and internal ownership of system. Maintaining roadmaps, analyzing support trends, etc...

Required skills/competencies

  • Experience in supporting packaged applications
  • Experience with Casino systems
  • Analytical skills
  • Incident/Problem resolution skills

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with MS BizTalk
  2. Experience with MS SQL
  3. Cruise industry experience preferred
  4. Experience with Linux
  5. 2/3 years of field experience

Preferred Education: BS in Computer Science
