We have an immediate need for a BizTalk guru in Indianapolis.  We need someone with the ability to lead a team of developers, this person will need to be a dynamic leader with the ability to communicate with upper management and coordinate with developers to keep the project moving and on track. The ideal candidate would possess: 

5+ years experience in BizTalk development and architecture

3+ years experience working with SQL server

Must be experienced with the ESP guidance from Microsoft.

3 -5 years in .Net development (experienced in full SDLC, leveraging best practices, and unit testing)

2 - 3 years of design experience (experienced developing from design documents and architectural blue prints)

Must have a solid understanding of the full life cycle of development

Experience defining technical expectations and goals of projects at all levels.
