They must have experience with BizTalk 2006 R2, and newer versions, and should also have extensive experience supporting web applications with a focus on DotNet and other Microsoft technologies. This is a position that will focus on administration, not development.

Technical requirements BizTalk

  • Integrating, maintaining and administering Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2. 
  • Integrating, maintaining and administering Microsoft BizTalk Server 2009 and 2010. 
  • Migrating from BizTalk 2006 R2 to newer versions.
  • Experience with versioning and automated deployment technologies for BizTalk and web services. BizTalk monitoring.
  • BizTalk troubleshooting.


IIS and Web Technologies

  • IIS 6 and 7.
  • DotNet technologies.
  • Web service and application deployment.
  • Software source control.
  • Team Foundation Server.
  • Microsoft and IBM message queuing.
  • Troubleshooting of web technologies.


SharePoint 2007 and 2010

  • Server and farm architecture, administration, maintenance.
  • SharePoint installation.
  • Site collection and site maintenance.
  • Site migration from farm to farm.
  • SharePoint patching.
  • SharePoint Business Integration including:
  • Performance Point
  • Power Pivot
  • Integration with SQL Reporting Services
  • Integration with SQL Analysis Services
  • Master Style Sheet customization
  • Content and site migration between Dev, Stage, and Production environments.
  • SharePoint DR architecture and process.


General Windows Infrastructure Skills

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with LAN/WAN topology, network protocols and services, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP, and troubleshooting connectivity.
  • Windows 2003 and 2008 R2
  • Windows server automated deployment.
  • Windows 2003 and 2008 clustering
  • SQL Clustering


General Skills

  • Strong Prioritization Skills.
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting technical details to non-technical audiences.
