REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

  • 3+ years working with MS BizTalk
  • 5+ years of reference-able Microsoft development experience building enterprise applications using C# (and other platform technologies). 
  • 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server (preferably SQL Server 2000 and 2005).
  • 2+ years of experience as technical lead
  • Experience working with schemas, maps, pipelines, orchestrations, custom functoids, and related BizTalk features
  • Experience working with XML/XSL and Web Services
  • Exceptional client / communication skills

 

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

 

  • Design pattern experience, specifically the Microsoft Patterns and Practices (preferably Enterprise Integration Patterns)
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Experience working with customers to capture requirements and deliver solutions
  • MCSD or MCPD (or on the track to these certifications)
  • MCTS in BizTalk
  • Experience working with EDI
  • Experience working with SOA / ESB
  • BizTalk presentation and training experience
  • Experience with the ESB Toolkit in BizTalk.
  • Experience in infrastructure/planning of a BizTalk environment
  • Experience in the administration of a BizTalk environment

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Work with the MS Practice to develop custom solutions. Primarily, the team member will work on building custom client solutions using BizTalk. However, they should expect to also write applications using general .NET (ASP.NET, WinForms, WPF, Silverlight, etc.)
