We’re facing a very strange problem working with clustered MSMQ and Biztalk Server 2009. It seems as though Biztalk has a hard time writing to the clustered queue.
For instance, I notice (through log events and tracked service instances) that Biztalk has sent a message to a queue and the orchestration has ended. However, I don’t see it in the queue (using Queue Explorer or Computer Management console). It takes a variable amount of time to show up (15 to 60 min), but when it does show up, the timestamp is accurate (as in the time indicated by the orchestration).
We have two host instances on two different servers. We’ve tried switching between them, switching one off and so on, but none of these seemed to have any effect.
It would be great if some experts could get back to me soon since we’re on a pretty tight deadline.
