BizTalk 2009 Configuration Problem

I'm configuring BAM Tools on BTS 2009, and get the following error message in the log file:

My configuration is:
Windows XP SP3 (yes, this is a development environment)
SQL Server 2008
SQL Server 2005 Native Client
SQL Server 2005 Notification Services
SQL Server 2005 XMO
VS 2008 SP1
BTS 2009 (of course)

I figured out the problem: out-of-date download components.

Same problem what components were out of date?

Are you using a Remote SQL Server?
