When you're writing a unit test to verify that an exception is thrown and you want to check the content of the error message, the ExpectionException attribute doesn't do it. This code (which you see a lot): [ TestMethod ] [ ExpectedException ...

BizTalk360 - Recommendation from Jan Eliasen

Syndicated BizTalk Author
Last week on 21st September we had the privilege to present the capabilities of BizTalk360 to an enthusiastic audience in Copenhagen, Denmark (You can view the pictures here on our facebook fan page). WCF, and specifically the “Consume Adapter Service” within Visual Studio, abstracts the creation of CRM Schemas to the point that the process is just like any other WCF service. However, I came [...] Blog Post by: Brett

Fixed Field Settings on Map
Posted

On a map, you can set the value of a destination node to a fixed value, from within the mapper, simply by setting the value property when clicking the destination node on the right hand side schema. I’ve see people use the string functiods to pre-set a value, however you do not need to do this. There is a catch I found in BizTalk 2009. If you set the fixed value on a map page other than the first page, it does not set, worse yet, if that field on the destination schema happens to be a promoted property...
