    Recently I have been working a lot with the BizTalk Rules Engine (BRE) that comes along with Biztalk Server 2004.     Failed To Load Error When Working With .Net Components In BizTalk Rules Engine

    Over the course of the past few weeks, I found several different ways to completely break the Business Rules Engine. The common error I received is “Failed to Load”.
