Dear,I have a requirement from the client regarding active directory integration with biztalk.and have searched and found that there is a nettcp based web service from Active directory . so I want to know how to integrate AD with BizTalk and the best way of integrating AD with BizTalk. I have download ADWS from the AD server. which it is very difficult to under which method and how to call it .i am not able to build this schema project for AD. I am getting error "Unable to find the schema Location" **Note : i have gone throug http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd391908(v=ws.10).aspxandhttp://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/lync/en-US/4f275285-2fad-4587-a9b9-afa1704ad504/active-directory-web-services
Why are you trying to to publish a WCF service in BizTalk to wrap the call to the ADWS web service?
You should be able to build a send port in BizTalk administration console with transport type of WCF-nettcp to consume the Active Directory Web service directly, provided that you have ADWS configured correctly.

Thanks for your response !!! but i am still not sure what all the parameters need to be passed for this WS. whenever i am sending the request i am getting Faut responses only. i am not getting the proper responses from teh WS . i am passing all the required paramters required for the request but still fault response. Do we need to alter the schema for the request WS.
Have a look at the following article and follow its instructions on how to consume an AD web service:
