MessageIn(File.receivedFileName) gives the full path not only the file name.By the way i have solved the problem.
I used MessageIn(File.receivedFileName) only and i splitted the file path to get the file name.

You can also get the only the file name in orchestration like this:
1. ReceiveFileName = Message_ReAuth_Result(FILE.ReceivedFileName);
2. FileNameOnly = System.IO.Path.GetFileName(ReceiveFileName );

If yes then have you built the Context of the message?
