Error configuring group - BT 2006 R2

I am seeing the error "Login failed for user ''. The user is not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection." configuring biztalk 2006 R2 group. SQL is on my local machine and my user account has full permissions to the database. Below is the error log created.

 

Please help!

    Hi,

    If I check your logfile, then I can see the following line:

    Are you sure that you can log on the sql using the specified user?
